- We offer 3rd party non-traditional financing that allows the majority of patients to be approved with reasonable rates and terms! (requires a 550+ Credit Score, Employed, Active Checking Account, Down Payment)

Insurance
We are a preferred provider for Delta, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators), United Concordia and Cigna, and we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
